On behalf of Wellcome Trust, Panorama Strategy and SEEK Development are hosting a closed-door, invitation-only regional convening from 14-16 October 2025 in Berlin, Germany, following the World Health Summit.

This convening is part of Wellcome’s support for five regional dialogues worldwide designed to surface, test, and refine reform priorities, proposals, and pathways for a more efficient, effective, and equitable global health architecture. 

Chaired by Professor Peter Piot, the Europe and North America dialogue will bring together senior figures from ministries of health and foreign affairs, major philanthropies, multilateral institutions, civil society, and the private sector. You are invited to participate on behalf of your organization or institution. 

This process is complementary to the current effort commissioned by the European Union, and we are sharing materials and insights to ensure we are not duplicating efforts.
